Paceline Cookie and Tracking Technologies Notice

Last Updated: August 5, 2026

This Cookie and Tracking Technologies Notice explains how Paceline and our service providers use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, mobile identifiers, and similar technologies (“Tracking Technologies”) when you use our websites, mobile applications, emails, and related services. This Notice supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. Types of Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your browser or device. Pixels and tags are small code snippets that help measure interactions. SDKs are software components integrated into mobile applications. Local storage stores data on your browser or device. Mobile identifiers may help support analytics, attribution, security, or advertising choices.

2. How We Use Tracking Technologies

We may use Tracking Technologies for essential operations, authentication, security, fraud prevention, remembering preferences, analytics, performance measurement, debugging, attribution, marketing, offer measurement, and understanding interactions with emails and notifications.

We do not intend to use health or consumer health data for third-party targeted advertising without required notice and consent.

3. Categories of Cookies and SDKs

Strictly necessary technologies: required to operate the Service, maintain security, process account logins, support checkout, and prevent fraud.

Functional technologies: remember settings, preferences, and app/site functionality.

Analytics and performance technologies: help us understand usage, errors, performance, and feature engagement.

Advertising and attribution technologies: help measure campaigns, understand referrals, and deliver or measure marketing where permitted by law and your choices.

4. Your Choices

You may manage Tracking Technologies through browser settings, device settings, app permissions, cookie consent tools, advertising opt-out tools, unsubscribe links, and privacy request mechanisms.

Where required, we obtain consent before using non-essential Tracking Technologies. You may withdraw consent through the cookie banner or privacy settings where available.

We recognize applicable opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, where required by law. Browser or device settings may not affect all technologies, including mobile SDKs or server-side processing.

5. Email, SMS, and Push Notifications

Emails may include pixels that help us understand whether messages were opened or links were clicked. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. You can opt out of SMS marketing by replying STOP where available. You can manage push notifications through device or app settings.

Canadian commercial electronic messages will include required identification and unsubscribe mechanisms as required by CASL.
