The Paceline New Year’s Revolution Challenge

NYR 2022

It’s official. Paceline has put an end to failed fitness New Year’s Resolutions. No more big plans that fall by the wayside just a few weeks later. This month we’ll show you how our approach is proven to get you results–backed by science and supported by some of the biggest brands in the fitness industry.

“About a quarter of people respond to incentives,” says Dr. Heather Royer, a tenured economics professor whose work has been featured in The New York Times. In addition to being an avid open-water swimmer (she swam the English Channel!), Dr. Royer’s field of study examines the connection between exercise and incentives. Long story short? When you’re incentivized to work out, you end up sticking with it.

It’s an idea that’s at the very foundation of what we do at Paceline. Every week, we bring Pacers exclusive offers and access to some of the most exciting brands in the health and wellness space. Why? Because we believe you should be rewarded for being healthy. So, to help supercharge your resolution revolution, we’re offering even more incredible rewards each week in January.

Opt into the January challenge by 1/7 and redeem these mega rewards from our partners at Wellory, Future, Thrive Market, and Alala. Plus, hit your streak all 4 weeks, and you could be one of three lucky Pacers to win our grand prize of $1,000!

Paceline’s New Year’s Revolution Challenge is running from January 3rd – January 31, 2022. Users must opt into the challenge via the Paceline app by January 9th, 2022 by 11:59 pm pst. All Paceline users are eligible to participate and will get a chance to win $1,000. To be eligible to win, Pacers must hit their weekly 150 eHR minutes. Starting January 3rd and until January 30th, Pacers must hit four consecutive streaks for a chance to win. 3 winners who have completed all 4 streaks in January will be randomly selected the week of January 31, 2022. See official rules here.
