  1. ASICS Fuji Lite 2

This pick comes from Lauren Reid, co-founder of SISSFiT (along with her sister, Kelly Collins). The shoes are designed to give you good grip on different kinds of terrain, and they’ve got a couple cool features, like a “lace garage” tongue that allows you to tuck your laces in and lightweight cushioning. Reid recently wore them for two days and one night of relay running during a Ragnar race in Oregon.

  1. Patagonia Men’s Endless Run Shorts

“These shorts are so versatile and have been my go-to pair ever since I bought them. The pockets are deceptively huge, the material is super comfortable and they strike the perfect balance between tights and shorts.”

—Augie Gramaglia, senior director, integrated marketing

  1. YETI Rambler 64 oz. Bottle

“This bottle goes with me everywhere! I fill it up once in the morning and carry it with me throughout the day to ensure I’m always hydrated, especially on days where a long run is in the cards.”

—Ashley Bostwick, marketing operations manager

  1. Apple Watch Series 7

“The latest Apple Watch connects seamlessly to the Paceline app so I get even more rewards for my miles. If you don’t yet have one, you can get up to 100% reimbursement² (up to $429 in value) when you purchase with your Paceline Card.”

—Caitlin Carlson, director of content strategy

  1. Balega Hidden Comfort No Show Tab Socks

“These performance cushioned socks will keep your feet cool and supported on runs of any distance. Wear them on or off the road!”

—Peyton Hayslette, fintech product lead

  1. Nathan VaporAiress Hydration Vest

“Nathan’s hydration packs are top of the line,” Reid says. “They’re so light and comfortable, but include a ton of storage.” Pacers: Keep an eye out for an upcoming Nathan reward in the App!

  1. Liquid I.V.

Speaking of hydration, Reid is a big fan of Liquid I.V. These electrolyte drink mix sticks are designed to hydrate you faster and more efficiently than just water, and each stick is said to have three times the electrolytes of traditional sports drinks. FYI: Pacers can get a free Liquid I.V. 3-pack when they hit their Streak.

  1. COOLA Sunscreen

COOLA, another pick from Reid, makes plenty of sunscreen options you can choose from. This one is lightweight, coconut scented, and designed for active days.

  1. Goodr Yosemite Sunglasses

Members in our community, including Reid and Collins, swear by Goodr shades for running. And on top of that, the design on these frames might just get you in the trail running spirit.

  1. On Cloud 5

“Whether it’s a light jog by the water, an incline treadmill walk, or the San Francisco Half Marathon, these sneakers are an absolute must for me in my running endeavors.”

  1. Fabletics Define High-Waisted 9” Short

“These are so fun, come in so many cute, bright colors, and best of all they are long, so you don’t have to worry as much about chafing. Plus, they’re super comfortable. I love buying the matching sports bra, too, so I don’t even have to think about putting an outfit together—just matching the colors.”

—Madison Ricks, associate manager, brand marketing

  1. BodyGlide Anti-Chafe Balm

Chafe happens, even in the best running gear. That’s where this BodyGlide balm comes in handy. It’s easy to apply (it comes in a stick like deodorant), hypoallergenic, and, with a 4.7-star rating on Dick’s, clearly beloved by customers.

  1. Peanut Butter and Berries RX Bars

“Fueling up before a run is so important, and I love the nourishing ingredients in RX Bars. Peanut Butter and Berries is my flavor of choice—tastes just like a classic PB&J!”

  1. lululemon Fast & Free High Rise Tight

“I’m a leggings person, even in the summer, and these are my go-tos when it’s super hot and as it cools down as we move into fall.”

  1. Brooks Adrenaline

“I was fitted for these when I first started running and have never stopped training in these. They offer the perfect support and fit for my narrow feet. Perfect for road or trail running!”

  1. Katadyn BeFree 1.0L Water Filter Bottle

“The BeFree bottle is awesome. It’s portable and perfect for a long trail run. I usually bring it with me on camping trips as well.”

  1. True Energy Socks

The rec for these performance compression socks comes from Reid, too. They purportedly use your body heat to form infrared energy, which the brand says is meant to improve your circulation and help you heal faster.

  1. Tracksmith Twilight Split Shorts

“These are by far the best shorts for summer running: a classic 3″ length with three internal pockets to store fuel, keys, and cards. They’re my go-to short for those hot summer nights on the road or trail.”
