Paceline is all about changing the world’s approach to health and wellness, and we take that mission seriously. So seriously, we are bringing a few enhancements to the home screen that will make it easier for you to track your weekly fitness goals and know how much real value it means to your pocket.

To enhance your experience on Paceline, we have changed the daily and weekly tracking to be dynamic while making your weekly streak easier to identify, and showing your total value claimed to show how your health is your wealth!

Your weekly minutes on Paceline are calculated by actual elevated heart rate minutes. There is a bunch of science behind this, but basically, the American Heart Association and World Health Organization recommend all healthy adults get 150 minutes of exercise each week, and over at least three days. With that, while we encourage you to be as active as you want, the bare minimum requirement to hit a streak is to workout at least 3 days a week, and for a total of 150 minutes of elevated heart rate activity. While walking certainly counts, make sure it’s a brisk walk to get your heart rate up!
